However, there's still a long way to go to be competitive as the competition within
the club is very strong as I'm competing against seasoned campaigners.
Unfortunately the season was cut short, after just 4 rounds, when the engine 'let go'
whilst on holiday touring France and Andorra in July. The x/flow has now been replaced
by a Zetec and as a result I'll be moving up from Class 3 to Class 4 in 2011.
End of season review
Still enjoying the competition and camaraderie, just a shame I was unable to compete in enough events to qualify for the overall championship.
The venues have now been visited for at least the second time and this is reflected in my improved times.
Final Results
Although not competing in enough events to 'officially' qualify for the Overall Championship and a placing in Class my final positions were:
    Class 3 Championship - 14th out of 23 scoring 374.47 points
    Overall Championship - 60th out of 87
Goodwood - 23 April
Curborough - 16 May
MIRA - 22 May
Castle Combe - 26 June
Now into my second season, I'm visiting circuits for the 2nd time round and the
extra knowledge and confidence is beginning to show as my times are are coming down
and new PBs are being set at each venue and more points are being scored.
