This was the club's first sprint at Hethel and the overall view, despite the weather, was that it would be a good venue
to return to.
P1 - 147.34s - Sunny, dry and warm. Far too conservative...
T1 - 139.49s - Same conditions, a good smooth agressive run
T2 - 138.85s - same conditions, a new PB but could have been so much better, too ragged.
Although cameras are banned from the venue as this is the Lotus test track and factory, we were fortunate this year in that
Lotus allowed an official photographer to take photos for us and these were released to us after vetting by Lotus. The photos
below are therefore courtesy of Ivor Linington.
P1 - 205.61s - First and only practice was atrociously wet
T1 - 155.32s - Very damp and far too cautious
T2 - 144.66s - Nearly dry, much more time to be gained on a dry day
Sadly no photos or video as all cameras are banned from the venue as this is the Lotus test track and factory.
